LUʻAU STEW
with Shiitake Mushrooms, Poi & Rice

Luʻau stew is a traditional Hawaiian dish made by cooking down luʻau leaves (taro leaves) until very tender. Our plant-based version swaps out traditional meat or squid options with shiitake mushrooms, chunks of carrots & Okinawan sweet potatoes cooked in a vegetable based broth & coconut milk. This stew, high in vitamin A & C, is flavorful & saucy, served perfectly with a side of Waiahole grown & pounded poi & organic brown rice.
HEMP RANCH RAINBOW SALAD
with Farmers Market Veggies, Garbanzo beans, Quinoa & Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 3oz of dressing each salad))
Our ranch uses protein dense hemp seeds blended until creamy with fresh herbs for a bright burst of flavor. It goes perfectly with this rainbow medley of veggies- shredded beets, roasted sweet potato, roasted corn & shredded purple cabbage served next to a big bed of organic baby salad greens. Served with a scoop of garbanzo beans & quinoa for extra protein & energy, topped with toasted pumpkin seeds & Hemp Seed Garden Ranch.
VEGGIE PAD THAI
with Green Papaya Salad

Thai cuisine is so fresh & fragrant, two things you can expect from this dish! Starting with our made from scratch Pad Thai sauce then stir-fry flat rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, celery & onion. Weʻll mix in cubes of our signature mung bean egg & top with fresh bean sprouts, green onion, cilantro, crunchy roasted cashews & a slice of lime. We can’t serve Pad Thai without Green Papaya Salad on the side. You’ll find your usual suspects- local green papaya, shredded carrots, cabbage & cherry tomatoes all dressed up in a flavorful & zingy sauce!

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
