Another week of interesting and delicious meals. Loved the Chickpea “Crab” Salad Rice Stacks, and the Lu’au Plate was a fun and interesting taste treat. Love looking forward every week to the yummy offerings - Mahalo!

Enjoyed all three dishes during these humid and not feeling like cooking week. Flavors were great and I more or less grazed through the meals, ending today.

Once again, delicious food! Everything was yummy, but my hands-down favorite was the Roasted Chili Relleno 😋

We enjoyed the summer roll salad, caponata salad, and the southern barbecue plate with a delicious cornbreadthis week.

Another great selection of meals, enjoyed everything. My hands down single favorite was the black eyed peas and collard greens: winna cabrinha!

All the selections were delicious, hard to pick a favorite. I dove right in to the yummy Bruschetta, but then had the Green Goddess Salad and the Veggie Fajitas to look forward to. Another great week!

Wow- the fresh pesto for the zucchini fritters was a taste sensation in every bite, and such a generous portion too. Absolutely loved them!!

Once again, I’m so pleased with the NinaCucina meals from this past week. Generous servings even for my hearty appetite, and the food is always tasty.There hasn’t been a single offering that I haven’t enjoyed, and I love the variety. Such a good find….mahalo!
