COCONUT KORMA CURRY
with Turmeric Ginger Rice
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 servings of Rice)
Our Coconut Korma is aromatic & so satisfying with an array of rich Indian spice flavors in a rich & creamy base of coconut milk with lots of fresh veggies like potatoes, leek, broccoli, sweet peas & carrots. To accompany the soup we're serving Kunyi, a delicious Indian yellow basmati rice thatʻs infused with turmeric & ginger .
PLANT-BASED NICOISE SALAD
with Mung Bean Frittata, Hearts of Palm, Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
Our plant-based version of a classic Nicoise! We’ll be making our mung bean frittata to replace the egg & hearts of palm tossed with capers to take the place of tuna. You’ll also find the rest of the usual suspects in a Nicoise- roasted potatoes & asparagus, olives & tomatoes. All served under a bed of organic mixed baby greens, with a classic Nicoise vinaigrette on the side.

with Mushroom Shawarma, Spiced Carrots, Quinoa Tabbouleh, Mint & Dill Yogurt Sauce

This is one flavor packed plate! Starting with beautifully seasoned roasted Small Kine Farms crimini mushrooms that are sure to please. We accompany them with our Spiced Roasted Carrots tossed with lemon, onion & dates, traditional style Quinoa Tabbouleh & Mint & Dill Yogurt Sauce to drizzle all over.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
