BLACK EYED PEA & SWEET POTATO SOUP
with Corn Bread Muffins
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 Cornbread Bread Muffins)
Peas for pennies, greens for dollars & cornbread for gold!
We’re bringing the combination of these auspicious ingredients all together into a healing soup for a prosperous new year! This soup is made with creamy sweet potatoes, nutrient powerhouse collard greens & organic black eyed peas. Served with our moist & delicious corn bread muffins, made gluten free with almond flour.

PROSPERITY SALAD
with Grapes, Goat Cheese & Champagne Vinaigrette
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
Lentils for good fortune & Grapes for good luck!
Ring in the New Year with this lucky salad made of lentils, 12 grapes (1 for luck in each month of 2023), roasted kabocha squash & beets with homemade cultured cashew goat cheese. Served under a generous serving of organic mixed baby greens to ensure optimal freshness, with a side of Champagne Vinaigrette using vinegar made from French Champagne grapes.

(Serving size: 2 servings of Rice Noodles & 2 servings of stir-fried veggies in Peanut Sauce)
Long noodles for long life!
We’re stir frying up a colorful & healthy dose of fresh veggies- red bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas & mung bean sprouts- in a sweet & tangy ginger lime peanut sauce. You’ll find them over a bed of stir-fried mung bean glass noodles topped with green onion, roasted cashews & a slice of lime.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
