Here at Nina Cucina we love poke bowls, sushi and open-faced sandwiches! So we’ve decided to put a little of each into our new summer specialty dish as the Spicy Chickpea Rice Stack! Much like a spicy ahi poke bowl, the chickpeas will be seasoned with a mild sriracha-mayo blend as well as some carrots for a touch of color and sweetness, with all the sushi fixinʻs like house made unagi sauce, smashed avocado, scallion, homemade chia-caviar and nori, all stacked atop some seasoned crispy rice (like an open-faced sandwich!)

(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 3oz of dressing for each salad)
We’re taking a Middle Eastern appetizer collection & turning it into a salad you won’t forget! Youʻll find our quinoa, pea & mint tabbouleh next to freshly made light & fluffy hummus with spiced Moroccan carrots & fresh local cucumbers all served side by side under a big bed of organic mix baby salad greens and a our beautiful & vibrant Herb Tahini Dressing to drizzle on top.

HAWAIIAN LŪ’AU PLATE
with Jackfruit Kalua Pig & Cabbage, ‘Uala & Haupia
(Serving size: 2 Hawaiian Luʻau Plates)
Weʻre so excited bring you a plant based version of one of our lū'au favorites, Kalua Pig Jackfruit & Cabbage! We’ll be shredding Wahiawa grown jackfruit, tossing it with local cabbage & spices all cooked together in banana leaves for a deeper imu flavor. Served with slices of roasted ‘Uala (purple sweet potato) topped with miso scallion butter & a slice of haupia pudding for dessert,

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
