LEMON CHICKPEA ORZO SOUP
with Garlic & Herb Focaccia
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 slices of Garlic & Herb Focaccia)
This comforting & delicious Greek inspired soup is our healthy plant-based twist on Avgolemono. It is bright & lemony, rich & creamy. Traditionally it calls for chicken, which we swap with chickpeas & eggs blended for richness, which we swap with tahini. There are colorful spring vegetables like carrots & kale, GF quinoa orzo for a nice bite & finished with dill. Served with a slice of our freshly baked GF Garlic & Herb Focaccia bread.
SWEET POTATO FRITTER SALAD
with House Focaccia Croutons & Green Goddess Dressing

If you know us, you know we love hearty “eats like a meal” salads. Our Quinoa & Sweet Potato Fritter over salad greens is the perfect way to feel satisfied while getting your greens. We add in our freshly baked GF Focaccia Croutons, local grape tomatoes & Japanese cucumbers to complete this beautiful salad. All served under a bed of Kunia Country farms mixed baby greens with our Green Goddess dressing on the side.
CASHEW MOZZARELLA STUFFED EGGPLANT PARM
with Garlicky String Beans
(Serving size: 2 servings of Stuffed Eggplant Parm & Garlicky String Beans)
We’re taking this usually heavily fried Italian-American staple & turning it upside down & inside out. We’re stuffing whole roasted eggplants with all the parm goodies including a slowly simmered lentil bolognese style marinara sauce for extra protein & homemade melty cashew mozzarella. We’re topping all that goodness with our walnut parm & fresh basil! You’ll also get a side of our delicious garlicky string beans.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
