‘ULU CHOWDER
with Savory Veggie Muffins
(Serving size: 2-16oz Containers of Soup & 2 Savory Veggie Muffins)
This soup is creamy, healthy, satisfying & loaded with Kahaluʻu grown ‘ulu (breadfruit). We’ve added in other fresh veggies like red bell peppers, carrots, local kale & corn. The creaminess comes from our homemade mac nut milk for maximum delicious-ness & finished with dill to spice & tickle the senses. Served with a side of our protein packed almond flour based Savory Veggie Muffins.
CALIFORNIA CHOP SALAD
with Avocado Dressing
(Serving size: 2 Entree Size Salads with 3oz of dressing for each salad)
This salad checks all the flavor boxes- both savory & sweet! Chop salad style, we thinly shave & lightly blanch Brussel sprouts, shred local beets & carrots, sprinkle in lots of juicy currants, walnuts, hemp seeds & black sesame seeds. To finish we fold in organic quinoa for extra protein & fresh cilantro for bright burst flavor. Served with our creamy avocado dressing made with local Big Island avocados. All served under a bed of organic mixed salad greens, to keep those delicate greens fresh!
CHICK’UN PARM STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
with Garlicky String Beans
(Serving size: 2 Chicken Parm Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms + 2 sides Garlicky String Beans )
We love putting a plant heavy spin on comfort food classics, and this one is our newest favorites! We take whole Small Kine Farms portobello mushrooms & layer them with a homemade chick’un meatball patty, house made cashew mozzarella & Nana’s marinara sauce. Topped with our walnut parm & served with a side of our addictive Garlicky String Beans.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
