LIVING LASAGNA
with Zucchini, Nut & Seed Ricotta, Fresh Marinara & Pesto
(Serving size: 2 slices of Living Lasagna)
This “living lasagna” is 100% raw and is an absolutely perfect way to enjoy a typically heavy lasagna in these warm summer months. The layers are made from thinly sliced locally grown raw zucchini. Within those layers you’ll find so many tasty components that will dazzle your taste buds! Like our tangy nut & seed based ricotta, fresh herbaceous raw marinara sauce, our famous Pullella family pesto & savory ground walnut “meat”. When ready to enjoy, gently transfer to a plate & use a knife to help cut the zucchini.
CLASSIC WEDGE SALAD
with Bleu Cheez Dressing & Coco-Bacon
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 3oz of dressing for each salad)
Who doesn’t love a classic wedge? Crispy iceberg lettuce, tangy bleu cheez, bacon but how can you enjoy it if you want to eat more plant-based? You make cultured bleu cheez out of cashews & bacon out of thick coconut flakes, that’s how! We’ve also cultured a cashew sour cream to blend with the blue cheese for the creamy bleu cheez dressing of your dreams! Thick chunks of organic iceberg lettuce topped with smokey & savory “coco bacon”, local cherry tomatoes & cucumbers, crunchy sunflower seeds & finely shredded pickled red onion. Served with Coco-Bacon & cultured Bleu Cheez dressing on the side.
JACKFRUIT CRAB CAKES
with Warm Spicy Potato Salad with Mushroom Bacon & Sour Cream
(Serving size: 2 servings of crab cakes & warm potato salad)
Shredded local jackfruit will be taking the place of crab for our spin on this east coast summer classic. The jackfruit is sautéed with bell peppers & green onion, seasoned old bay style, using almond flour as our GF breadcrumbs. Served with homemade vegan tartar to top. Next to that you have our signature potato salad tossed in house cultured crema, roasted jalapeños & mushroom bacon, which can be enjoyed warm or cold.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
