ANTIPASTO PLATTER
with Focaccia Bread, Roasted Veggies, Romesco Dip, Parm & Grapes
(Serving size: 2-entree size servings of the Antipasti Platter)
We love having antipasto as a whole meal & we’re thrilled to bring you a collection of some of our favorites. Starting with classic marinated roasted broccolini, summer squash & eggplant. Then some Romesco, a Spanish inspired dipping sauce made of roast red bell peppers & almonds that is dip worthy for everything- including our house made GF focaccia bread. Every Antipasto needs some cheese, so we’ll be culturing a cashew based parmesan & of course some grapes to sweeten things up & cleanse the palate. Everything can be enjoyed right out of the fridge or you can warm up the focaccia & roasted veggies. Buon Appetito!

CHINESE CHOP SALAD
with a Sweet and Tangy Garlic Sesame Dressing
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
This salad is crisp, colorful and loaded with herbs and veggies like wonbok cabbage, purple cabbage, snap peas, bean sprouts, red bell peppers and cilantro. We’ll also be adding in slices of our signature Nina Cucina mung bean frittata for added protein & toasted umami seasoned almonds for an extra kick of flavor. All served under a bed of organic baby greens with our Sweet and Tangy Garlic Sesame Dressing on the side.

ROASTED CHILE RELLENO
with Queso Fresco, Ranchero Sauce & Tres Hermanas Salad
(Serving size: 2 servings of Roasted Chile Relleno & Tres Hermanas Salad)
We’re taking on a typically heavy, greasy, fried Chile Relleno & giving it a Nina Cucina makeover! Roasting, instead of frying, poblano chiles & stuffing them with our cashew & almond based Queso Fresco smothered in house made Ranchero Sauce. Served with Tres Hermanas Salad, a traditional combination of 3 “sister” crops many indigenous communities in central & south America have grown, and eaten together- corn, beans & squash. These 3 crops, when grown together, support their agriculture system & nourishes themselves & their communities.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
