TAN TAN RAMEN
with Fresh Veggies in a Nutty Umami Broth
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of broth & veggies with 2 servings of ramen noodles)
This broth is a delicious balance of nutty, savory & umami with flavors of sesame, ginger, mushroom, chickpea miso & garlic with bok choy, carrots, mung bean sprouts, green onion & black sesame seeds. We love Lotus Foods organic GF ramen noodles, but they don’t hold up as well reheated, so we’re giving you your own ramen cake to cook fresh yourself.
ROASTED BEET HUMMUS, SQUASH & FETA SALAD
with Cucumbers & Herb Tahini Dressing
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 3oz of dressing for each salad)
This salad dazzles the senses with the vibrant colors of roasted beet hummus & kabocha squash. Our house made cashew based feta cheese brings a rich tang and our Herb Tahini Dressing packs in the flavor with a blend of green onion, parsley, cilantro & mint. All packed under organic mixed baby greens, to keep those delicate greens fresh.
ITALIAN STUFFED PEPPERS
with Italian “Sausage” Patty & Garlicky Roasted Broccoli
(Serving size: 2 servings of Stuffed Peppers, Italian Sausage Patty & Garlicky Roasted Broccoli)
These Italian Stuffed Peppers are rich in protein, fiber & flavor- filled with savory organic brown rice, tomatoes & lentils seasoned with oregano, thyme & basil, topped with Nana’s marinara sauce. The stuffed peppers go perfectly next to our whole food-plant based version of Italian “sausage”. They are part veggie burger patty turned sausage in its seasoning- featuring mushrooms, pecans, kidney beans & quinoa with Italian sausage spices like fennel, rosemary & sage, served with a side of our Garlicky Roasted Broccoli.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
