CREAMY ROASTED GARLIC CAULIFLOWER SOUP
with Focaccia Bread
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 slices of Focaccia Bread )
This soup is creamy yet packed with immune boosting garlic & cauliflower. Cauliflower, a versatile vegetable that has the ability to transform itself from a boring side dish to just about anything you can imagine these days! In this soup we blend it to create a rich creamy base without the need for heavy cream, cheese or flour. Viola! Served with a side of our house made Focaccia Bread.
PESTO QUINOA SALAD
with Cannellini Beans, Roasted Veggies, Cucumber, Balsamic Vinaigrette
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
We can’t ever get enough of pesto and I have a feeling you might agree, so we created this delicious salad! We start with organic quinoa & toss it with a healthy amount of our homemade Pullella Family pesto sauce. Then we stir in creamy dreamy cannellini beans, roasted onions, red bell peppers & grape tomatoes & fresh cucumbers. All served under a bed of organic baby greens with a side of Momma Cucina’s famous balsamic vinaigrette.
CHILI STUFFED SWEET POTATOES
with Cultured Cashew Sour Cream & Pickled Jalapeños

These Chili Stuffed Sweet Potatoes are hearty, nourishing & full of flavor. Our chili features home-cooked organic kidney, pinto & black beans- soaked & slow cooked with the right spices to help make them easily digestible ;) We add in lots of veggies too- like organic non-gmo corn, carrots, celery, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes & kale in a tomato based stew with deep flavor thanks to spices like cacao, cumin, coriander, chili powder, oregano, smoked paprika & cinnamon. Served with a side of house cultured cashew sour cream & pickled jalapeños.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
