CHESTNUT, KALE & CANNELLINI BEAN SOUP
with a Creamy Slice of Polenta
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 slices of polenta )
This soup feels like Christmas! Roasted chestnuts simmered in a broth of tomatoes, garlic, onion, thyme & rosemary. Then we add in slow cooked creamy cannellini beans, hardy pieces of roasted chestnuts & local organically grown kale. Sounds simple, but so delicious! Served with a thick slice of creamy polenta to enjoy on the side.
ANTIPASTO SALAD
with Balsamic Vinaigrette
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
We’re taking a beautiful antipasto spread & bringing it all together for you in this delightfully festive salad! You’ll find Italian white bean & tomato salad, slices of cultured cashew parmigiana cheese, artichoke hearts + a scoop of savory & tangy olive tapenade. Served under a bed of organic mixed baby greens to ensure maximum freshness, with Momma Cucina’s fan favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side.
EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA
with Garlicky String Beans & Roasted Potatoes
(Serving size: 2 servings of Eggplant Parm, Garlicky String Beans & Roasted Potatoes)
Eggplant “Parm” was a treat growing up, made by my Zia Mia on special occasions & holidays. We are keeping the tradition alive with Nanaʻs marinara sauce poured over tender breaded & baked slices of eggplant, with a few GF & vegan swaps like cashew mozzarella & walnut parm. Served with a side of our delectable garlicky string beans & roasted potatoes.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
