POTATO LEEK SOUP
with Cheddar & Caramelized Onion Muffins
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 Cheddar & Caramelized Onion Muffins)
This soup is plant based comfort food at its best! Sautéed leeks, celery, garlic & thyme make for a flavorful broth base. Next comes the potatoes, blended with a touch of coconut milk make for creamy dreamy rustic soup. Served with our cheddar & caramelized onion on the side.
PESTO PASTA SALAD
with Feta, Cannellini Beans, Pesto Vinaigrette, Cherry Tomatoes
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
This pesto pasta salad is healthy yet satisfying & bursting with flavor. We use GF organic quinoa pasta as a base for extra fiber & protein then fold in house made tangy cashew feta, Tuscan style cannellini beans and cherry tomatoes. The real treat is our pesto vinaigrette, using our Pullella family pesto recipe for a perfectly fresh & zippy dressing to pour all over. All served under a bed of organic baby greens. We pack our salads upside down to ensure freshness.
CHICKPEA MEATBALLS & ROASTED SPAGHETTI SQUASH
with Nana’s Marinara & Garlicky Roasted Broccolini
(Serving size: 2 servings of Chickpea Meatballs, Spaghetti Squash, Broccoli & Marinara Sauce )
Spaghetti squash is nature’s own spaghetti plant! We roast them & then scrap out the insides, which oddly resembles the shape of spaghetti. Topped with our Italian style chickpea based meat-less balls, Nana’s herbaceous marinara sauce, walnut parm, topped with fresh basil. Served with a side of roasted broccolini tossed in garlic infused organic extra virgin olive oil.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
